This is how an SB Soldier is created.
Basic Combat Training.Basic Combat Training (BCT) is a training course that transforms "you" into a solfier. Over the course of 2 to 3 days these recruits learn about the seven core army values, how to work together as a team and what it takes to succeed as a soldier in the
Stryker Brigade Combat Team. Introduction-Phase 1The beginning, where the foundation and reinforcement of Core Values Military Law, Chain of Command, and Ethics Starts, and where recruits begin Combat Conditioning and learning about the Brigade in class on general military subjects.
- Recruits Recieve information on Military History, Customs, courtesies, Basic First Aid, Uniforms, and Leadership. -Recruits learn Hand to Hand combat skills through the SBMAC Survival Qualification-phase 1Recruit`s will learn how to survive certain event`s that can be prevented.
> Regeneration Field. > Hardlight Shield. > Hologram. >Specified Weapons. - Learning the core of communication and advanced disciplinary skills. -Following with evaluations. ENDURANCE- phase 1-Initial Testing and Initial Drill.
> Rappel Tower/Agility's - Learning the core of communication and advanced disciplinary skills. -Learning Drill commands: > Line: When 2 or more soldiers are shoulder to shoulder facing towards the officer or directed object. > File: Similar to a "Lunch Line" Front to Back formation with a starting point and correct posture. > Attention: Facing in the direction of the officer that commanded it or given objective NO moment at all. > Attention on me: To face the officer that commanded so. having out your less powerful weapon. > About-Face: To turn 180 degrees from your original directions. > Left-Face: To turn 90 degrees to the Left. > Right-Face: To turn 90 degrees to the Right. > At-Ease: To stand however with light movement within a radius. > Rest: Same as At-Ease but instead light conversations. > Fall-in: To snap into formation on the commanding officer (Line) automaticly at attention in under 3-4 seconds. > Fall-out: To take 4 step out of the formation/area, do a About-Face, and proceed away to your specified area. > Officer-Present: (Announced by lower ranking) To stop what your doing (Talking-Moving-Shooting-etc), and quickly face the officer at Attention. > Permission to speak: When your commander announce PTS Active, you must say this command in order to speak or say something. Denied:NO Granted:YES Rifle RANGE- phase 2Recruits learn fundamentals of Rifles, sight in on targets and learn how to make adjustments to certain combative situations.
(Most UNSC/Forerunner Primary-secondary weapons) tEAM WORK- PHASE 2Recruits spend the day working in various areas, maintaining the appearance of the depot, and practicing for final drill.
- Recruits begin training and participating in field exercises while learning the importance of teamwork. Tactical-ops- Phase 2Recruits began learn, acknowledge strategies for, Raids and competitive battle.
-Recruits began to learn to fire their rifles under more realist combat conditions, including firing at moving targets. - Testing asymmetric & symmetric Battle tactics. - Learning the common concept on asymmetric & symmetric Battle - Begin developing their own strategies and intelligence on Battle Tactics/planning. -Learning how to (use): > Active Camo (Basics) > Basic Tactics Basic Warrior- phase 3The last phase sees recruits at Basic Warrior Training(BWT), where they learn the fundamentals of combat and will stay in the field. Skills taught include camouflage, low crouching, land navigation,basic squad tactics, and other foundation of military skills.-Soldiers continue with their weapon training and participate in the NC Infiltration Course, which prepares them for the next
- Being put to the test of what all was learned through the phases. > 1 Military Realistic Raid. > 2 Dominion Military Realistic Games. > 2 Competitive games The Crucible- phase 3The Crucible is the final test in recruit training, and represents and culmination of all of skills and knowledge a SBCT soldier should possess.
- Final Drill Recruits and Drill Instructors are evaluated on their knowledge and application of SBCT drill and written test; recruits are tested on their knowledge of BMEP GRADUATION ceremony-Ceremony Practice Drill
-Liberty Brief. - After completing Basic Military Training Soldiers graduate and embark on Advanced Individual Training (AIT). - Will receive a graduation medal. - Will also be promoted to an Private First Class. |
